Hey there!

I’m Blair

MS, OTR/L, PCES, 200 hr YT

Blair is a Maternal Health Occupational Therapist, prenatal and postpartum movement specialist, yoga teacher, and mom of three. Through her own journey into motherhood, she experienced firsthand how much women are asked to navigate — physically, emotionally, and mentally — with very little ongoing support.

Motherhood brings a whole new set of daily demands: preparing for birth, feeding, sleep, routines, recovery, identity shifts, and the constant mental load of caring for others. These changes are normal, but that doesn’t make them easy.

Blair’s work focuses on supporting the mother through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood — helping women feel calmer, more confident, and supported as they move through this transition. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in occupational therapy, meeting each person where they are and honoring their unique experience.

Her goal is simple: to help you feel empowered in your body, confident in your decisions, and supported in the day-to-day realities of motherhood — so you can Google less at 2am and trust yourself more.

What is Maternal Health OT?

and what can we help you with?

Occupational therapy supports you in doing the things that fill your days — the tasks, roles, and routines that make up real life. Some of these are things you have to do (like bathing, eating, or caring for others), and some are things you want to do (like cooking, playing, resting, working, or driving).

At its core, OT is about helping you feel safe, confident, and capable in the things that matter most to you.

Maternal health occupational therapy focuses specifically on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood — a season that brings enormous change. Suddenly, there are new demands like feeding, sleep, bonding, recovery, and caring for a newborn, all while adjusting to a new identity, new responsibilities, and a changing body.

These challenges are normal — but that doesn’t make them easy.

Our role is to support you through this transition with practical, compassionate care that meets you where you are. We help you build routines, skills, and confidence so daily life feels more manageable — and less overwhelming.

Because when a mother is supported, her baby benefits too. The mother-baby relationship is deeply connected, and supporting one supports the other. Maternal health OT honors that connection by caring for both — during what can be one of the most exciting and vulnerable seasons of life.
